Current fee/bond schedule for Entrance Requests is $250.00/$500.00 for residential projects.

Current fee/bond schedule for Entrance Requests is $500.00/$1000.00 for commercial projects.

The entrance bond payment will be returned to you if all properties are returned to original conditions. If not returned to original condition, the cost required to return properties to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to you.

Utility permit fees are $500.00 per request, and are non-refundable.

MS4 Land disturbance Permit fee is $100.00

Land Disturbance Permits for projects of 1 to 5 acre projects are  $2,000.00 and over 5 acre projects are $3750.00, with a land disturbance fee of $250.00

Small Construction Site Permit Fees are $300.00

​

Residential Construction, Small Family homes DO NOT require land permitting with Minden Township. Please consult County or City governance for your building permit needs.​

Once we receive payment and permit applications, the board will discuss and sign permit at the next monthly meeting. A copy will be returned to you at the address provided. If timing is an issue, you may bring payments and permit application to the next scheduled meeting. Meetings are typically the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Minden Town Hall.

Please make sure to include your phone number and a project completion date. Failure to provide payment with request form may result in delay of processing.
